1900 Suite- Downtown Views *pet friendly

First the good things. The property was very cute from the outside and in a great location. It was also nice to have a parking space off the street. Now the bad things. We did not know the unit was a basement unit. You could hear everything from the people who stayed above us and I mean everything. The unit also had a musty smell that you would expect from a basement. Also had some ants in the kitchen.

Loved this place! Probably the nicest one-bedroom vrbo I have ever stayed at. It was exactly as described and had very nice dishes, a comfy blanket, a faux fireplace and a terrific shower. It was a short walking distance to the fun Prescott downtown action but it was super quiet. A/C wasn't necessary for the cool weekend but the unit is perfect for the smaller space. It was also sparkling clean and everything worked perfectly. I will definitely try to stay here again for my next visit. For reference - I'm a solo traveler with no pets who likes nice amenities and the ability to walk to local attractions.

We were very pleased with how clean and stocked with everything one would need. Positive: No breakfast but the location was great. Negative: It would be great to have a hook on the bathroom door so we wouldn’t have to put our clothes on the floor. To help the owners out they might want to get a different squeegee. The one there only works at a certain angle. Not everyone is willing to take the time to use it as it is. It would be good to say that there were three steps inside the unit so would not be handicapped or elderly friendly.

Positive: Extremely loud from floor above, no sound insulation whatsoever
