The "downstairs" master bedroom is really in the walk out basement with painted concrete flooring. While the room was spacious the musty odors were not desirable especially with family member health risks. A cockroach was found in the upstairs living room area which put me on high alert for more. The driveway is very steep as described. It can be difficult to exit the driveway. The upstairs living area was spacious and nicely decorated.

The house was large enough for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. The view from the back deck was beautiful.We opened the door to the top balcony with a key, then we couldn't remove the key. My husband and dad tried and tried and could not remove the key on Friday night so we went to bed and slept with the door open. The next day my dad was able to remove the key after trying with various tools for several hours. I did message the host about this issue but they never responded to my messageIn additional to the issue with the key there were several other items in need of repair. The kitchen chairs were very old, wobbly and unstable. The lamp next to the bed in the basement bedroom didn't turn on. The bottom deck has a beautiful view but it was in need of a good sweep and overall cleaning. The carpet was stained in several places. As others have mentioned the driveway is super steep. Although others have mentioned this, the host should post of pic of the driveway on the site so renters are fully aware of this situation as it could be dangerous for elderly or very young children. The yard is also in need of maintenance.

Very clean and has beautiful views off the back deck. Plenty of room to spread out. Very conducive to vacationing with pets.

Overall very nice and clean however we killed about 20-30 bugs (cockroaches, spiders, other bugs). They were crawling out of the outlets in the kitchen and we found them in the fridge too when we got there. They were very nice about it and came and sprayed for us. There were a little too many bugs for us to recommend to family though. Beautiful view, great location, just wish we could have used the kitchen more comfortably.

Beautiful facility Positive: Stunning views from the back patios and just pines trees all around the house. Wild life come up to back yard, deer and Havelina were there in the evening. The home is just absolutely stunning. Well stocked for all our needs. My kids found the entertainment area down stairs fun to do. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes the amenities of the hot coffee and tea available were nice. We really enjoyed our stay at this place.
