Downtown Birdie / walk to whiskey row

We had to put a chair in front of the gate because otherwise it didn’t latch and my dog could have gotten out but the worst part is we couldn’t use the outside area at all and this is the reason I rented this house. The little outside was literally covered in ants during the day including all the chairs . We couldn’t stand in one spot without moving our feet. So our dog would have been eaten alive and the evening was even worse every size cockroach, thousands!!!!!! The whole grass and all the walkways/ porch. We had to carry our dog up to the car and take her somewhere else to use the bathroom. It was more work than anything. Thank God there were none in the house. Also if you have a big truck like us the parking was very difficult to get in and out.

This was a cute property. My kids loved it. Easy to get here and close to literally anything and everything. We would definitelyCome again

Quiet, clean and cozy. Perfect for us and our little one! This was our first house rental experience and we are extremely happy with the results. Close to Whiskey Row and grocery stores but set in a quiet neighborhood. We will stay here again when we return to Prescott.
